Terms of use of micmic.

The following terms govern use of the services offered by Micmic. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we recommend that you do not use our platform.

Micmic is a product developed and operated by Logic Omnipresence, which acts as the legal owner and operator of the platform.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and our privacy policy. We may update or modify these terms at any time, and such changes will be published on this page. We recommend that you review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. Use of the platform

The Micmic platform is intended solely for business owners and professionals. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account creation

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for notifying Micmic immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. License to use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any rights in Micmic’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or technology used on the platform.
  • Access the platform to obtain unauthorized information or data.

6. Third-party integrations

Micmic may integrate with third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Use of such integrations is subject to each provider’s applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business policies and any other external services used through the platform.

Micmic is not responsible for decisions, suspensions, limitations, or actions taken by such external providers regarding your accounts.

Micmic acts solely as a technology provider and does not directly control or manage the infrastructure of external services.

7. Liability

Micmic will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Micmic’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Micmic during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Micmic will not be liable for interruption or limited access to the platform due to technical reasons, maintenance, or any other cause beyond our control.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

11. Disclaimer

Micmic does not guarantee that the platform is free of errors, viruses, or other harmful elements. Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not responsible for data loss, interruptions, or damage caused by use of the platform.

12. User content

You are solely responsible for content you submit, publish, or process through the platform, including messages sent via WhatsApp Business integrations.

You warrant that such content complies with applicable law and the policies of the external providers used.

13. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates or changes will be published on this page. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

'micmic Partner', 'micmic Delivery', and 'micmic GO' are services offered by Logic Omnipresence through micmic.shop. It is not a separate legal entity or a registered trademark. All content, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, is the property of Logic Omnipresence and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited. Use of micmic services implies acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Logic Omnipresence is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of the platform or information shared by third parties. Micmic may modify or update its services, prices, and policies at any time, notifying users accordingly. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Logic Omnipresence complies with current privacy and data protection regulations in Argentina and other territories where it operates.
