3.1 WhatsApp Business platform integration

micmic integrates features with the WhatsApp Business platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. so users can manage business communications.

Logic Omnipresence, the operator of micmic, has been verified by Meta Platforms, Inc. as a technology provider for use of its APIs, including the WhatsApp Business platform.

When you use these features, certain data may be transmitted to and processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policies. micmic does not control data processing performed directly by Meta within its infrastructure.

4. Storage and security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption and security services provided by Cloudflare, such as CAPTCHA and other safeguards.

All content, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, is the property of Logic Omnipresence and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited. Use of micmic services implies acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Logic Omnipresence is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of the platform or information shared by third parties. Micmic may modify or update its services, prices, and policies at any time, notifying users accordingly.
